About Lin and Magical Details Travel   1 comment

Hi, and welcome to my travel blog!  Here is a little bit of background about me, what I do, and why I love to do it.  I hope you enjoy your time here!

I founded Magical Details Travel in 2008 because I love helping people find and plan the best vacation possible.  By day I’m a high school teacher with a passion for travel and a strong retail background, a mother to an adorable little boy, and a wife to a pretty rockin’ guy.   I’m an avid traveler, and especially love spending time at Walt Disney World and cruising the Caribbean.

My specialization is in Disney Vacation packages, Cruises, and family travel. I’m a member of KHM Travel Group, a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge Travel Agent Training Program, an Expert Agent with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, and have extensive training in all travel types.

I treat my customers like family, with your best interest in mind. When you contact me to plan your getaway, I will do my best to meet every request with in a timely matter as well as communicate with you during the entire vacation planning process.

Many people have a misconception that using a Travel Agent will cost them money. But let me clear that up! The supplier pays the travel agent fees, not you, the client! In fact, as your personal Travel Agent, I will work hard to make sure you get the best deal possible, and are happy with your travel options! It is no more expensive to book your vacation through Magical Details Travel than using an online mega-site, and you get the added benefit of working directly with a personal agent.

Celebrating a special occasion? I can help you add just the right touches to make your vacation even more magical. You can rely on me to keep track of birthdays, anniversaries, and other special events you may be celebrating during your vacation.

These are only a couple of the many reasons you should book your travel with Magical Details Travel! Call and let me give you the personal attention you deserve!!

  1. Hey, Lin … Thank you for stopping by and liking my blog entry “Change of Plans”. As a teacher I’m sure that you are well aware of the issue of bullying and how pervasive it seems to have become. Unfortunately the world we live in does not always cherish differences but condemns them. I hope that you and your fellow teachers are able to encourage your students to not only be more understanding of those who are different but to also try to enjoy and use their own “gifts” and differences to their fullest potential. What a different world this would be if people like Walt Disney and his amazing imagineers had not listened to their own heart and had been dissuaded by others.
